Artist Maneesha Doshi displayed her artworks, inspired by mythological characters, recently.
No, Maneesha Doshi wasn't on a spree busting myths in art. She held an exhibition of her works in the city recently, and the paintings were inspired by mythological characters and Maneesha's love for travelling.

Maneesha got quite philosophical about her passion for art.
Aman Nath and Rekha Purie were deep in conversation in front of one of Maneesha's
canvases, discussing the finer nuances of the work. Also present was art histo-When we asked Maneesha what was up next, she said, "I don't know." But just then, a little girl clutching a Harry Potter book walked past her, and Maneesha's eyes lit up. "Maybe Harry Potter... After all, it is also a world of beautiful fantasies," she said. Harry Potter in art? Someone should tell JKR. rian Jasleen Dhamija, who seemed pleased with Maneesha's work.
